We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to spearhead multi-layered teams. This role demands a relentless focus on execution, with a high level of ownership and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Take complete ownership of project execution, including financial management.

2. Optimize existing projects by closely collaborating with the product team.

3. Handle general operations, including daily execution, volume growth, progress tracking, flag identification, and regular reporting.

4. Analyze training needs and provide relevant training.

5. Collect feedback regularly and resolve any issues that may arise.

6. Monitor team performance to achieve Key Result Areas (KRAs).

7. Mentor and motivate the student workforce, demonstrating strong people engagement skills.

8. Pilot new projects and suggest process improvements at every level in operations.

9. Set goals, KPIs, and targets for team members.

Required Skills

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience managing an operations team.

2. Proven ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics.

3. Strong process orientation and business acumen.

4. Excellent people management, team building, and program management skills.

5. A bias for action and a strong inclination towards delivering high-quality work in dynamic environments.

6. Relevant educational qualifications.

7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
