Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Workday implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and functional skills, with a thorough understanding of Workday modules including Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prioritize work for self and assist lead by providing inputs on all phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team.
  • Lead/ Manage small implementation projects/ launch implementations, manage workload for the team, assist team in all phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team.
  • Develop complex configuration for clients and leads, manage data transformation and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
  • Lead and involve in Data conversion Activities pertaining to Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.
  • Coordinate with the Leads for project delivery.
  • Coordinate with the EM/ PM and Client for project delivery.
  • Multi-task and engage on multiple projects at a time for lead activities.
  • End to end ownership of assigned projects.
  • Provide leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent technical & functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Workday configuration build.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday migrations, data conversion, and reporting concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to learn new skills.
  • Self-driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday.

Education:

  • B.E /B.Tech /MCA /BSc.
