Job Overview

Role Summary

Vimerse Infotech Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our real estate properties in Navi Mumbai. As an ASM, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers and stakeholders, and staying up-to-date with market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct site inspections, present property details to potential buyers, and negotiate and finalize deals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Navi Mumbai
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
