Job Title: Sr. Manager Process EngineerJob Description:

The Sr. Manager Process Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within our plants. This individual will support the Operations team in enhancing performance across various domains, including safety, environment, quality, capacity, and competitiveness.

  • Lead and coordinate plant and process upgradation initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support new projects and monitor technical, process, and SPC studies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct risk assessments and lead PHA, LOPA, FMEA, and SPC studies to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Participate in process safety analyses and studies to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with project teams to create new P&IDs and update existing ones as needed.
  • Manage feed and basic engineering for all projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate with R&D and Technical Services for new developments, leading feasibility studies, FEED, and basic engineering tasks.
  • Scale-up from pilot to plant commercialization, acting as a catalyst for growth.
  • Actively participate in Management of Changes related to process changes, driving continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in process engineering and management.
  • Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of process safety standards and regulations.
  • Experience with P&ID development and management.
