Job Title: Chiller Plant Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Chiller Plant Specialist to oversee the installation and maintenance of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems at our campus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for electrical system management, including lighting, fire alarms, and security systems.
  • Maintain plumbing systems, including STP and pipe networks, as well as gas delivery systems in canteen and laboratory settings.
  • Co-ordinate with the team to ensure smooth functioning of all MEP works on campus.
  • Prepare daily check schedules and process-driven checks for efficient equipment operation.
  • Support the administration department in maintaining campus activities and facilities.

Key Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems, plumbing & fire fighting.
  • Experience in chiller plant operations, electrical system management, and plumbing network maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and co-ordination skills to manage a team and supervise activities.
  • Ability to prepare consolidated reports and maintain records.
  • Familiarity with safety precautions and preventive measures in campus environments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in chiller plant operations, electrical system management, and plumbing network maintenance.
