Job Overview
">The National Process Manager role is a high-level position responsible for leading process engineering, process safety, and sustainability initiatives across multiple manufacturing plants.
">Our ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in process design, process engineering, and process safety assessments. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MIS reporting tools is also required.
">In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights and management presentations.
">This is a diversity-focused role that can be based at any of our plant locations.
">Key Responsibilities

- Lead process engineering, process safety, and sustainability initiatives across multiple manufacturing plants">
- Design and optimize process systems to improve operational efficiency and safety">
- Implement Management of Change (MOC) and drive sustainability projects such as water and heat recovery">
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in process design and execution">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical); B.Tech/BE from IIT preferred
">Experience: 10 years in process engineering design, process optimization & process safety, and sustainability roles in manufacturing
">Skills: Strong expertise in process design, process engineering, and process safety assessments; proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MIS reporting tools; excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
">Candidate Requirements
