At the forefront of revenue growth, we're seeking a strategic professional to spearhead our Sales and Marketing engine. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with leadership to build and optimize a high-performing revenue ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate strategy, systems, and processes to power scalable, efficient, and aligned Sales and Marketing execution across the entire revenue engine.
  • Raise the bar for a modern Sales & Marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and scalability across CRM, marketing automation, website, attribution, and enrichment tools.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to align on GTM strategy, pipeline goals, and operational priorities.
  • Contribute to annual revenue modeling across regions, sales teams, BDR capacity, and marketing channels.
  • Drive automation initiatives across inbound and outbound channels, including lead scoring, routing, segmentation, and nurture workflows to drive efficiency and scale.
  • Implement workflows with SLA tracking and reporting to ensure timely lead follow-up and accountability across the funnel.
  • Equip BDRs with automated, high-quality lead lists to support targeted and efficient outbound execution.
  • Analyze account engagement and penetration to uncover expansion opportunities and fuel upsell revenue through ABM strategy.
  • Benchmark sales velocity, funnel conversion performance, and pipeline health through deal analytics.
  • Maintain accurate, reliable reporting infrastructure to track key Sales and Marketing metrics, funnel health, attribution, and ROI.
