This role oversees all financial functions in a rapidly growing manufacturing company preparing for an IPO. The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance leader with expertise in accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Lead the accounting function, compile quarterly and annual accounts, and manage statutory and internal auditors.
  • Banking & Finance: Develop banking relationships, possess knowledge of lending types, lead negotiations, and oversee foreign exchange and treasury management.
  • Treasury & Funds: Manage cash flow, make informed investment decisions, and ensure sound financial planning.
  • Planning & Reporting: Develop and implement budgetary planning, design a robust MIS, and provide timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure corporate law and labor law compliance, resolve issues with agencies and consultants, and communicate effectively with top management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
  • Proven ability in banking relationship management, project finance, and treasury management.
  • Expertise in budgetary planning, MIS design, and reporting.
