Legal Manager Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scrutinizing legal documents and managing the maintenance of our company's MIS.


The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.


This role requires coordination with vendors such as panel advocates and panel company secretaries. Additionally, the Legal Manager will be responsible for detecting and controlling fraudulent transactions, coordinating with other departments, and resolving queries.


The selected individual will also provide due diligence on cases and draft various documents including notices, indemnity bonds, undertakings, and registered mortgages.


Responsibilities:


  • Scrutinize legal documents and LSR
  • Maintenance of MIS based on processing bills of Panel Advocates & guidelines provided for Panel Advocates fees structure as per policy
  • Co-ordinate with Vendors such as panel advocates & panel company secretaries etc.
  • Fraudulent transaction detection & control
  • Co-ordinate with other department and resolve queries
  • Attending training sessions conducted with regard to new amendments or modification in legal policy and be updated with the latest new amendments or modification in legal policy in general & with respect to local developing authorities
  • Providing due diligence of the cases done
  • Drafting and verifying various documents such as Notices, Indemnity Bonds, Undertakings, Registered Mortgage etc. and also replying to Notices, prepare Written Statements, Replys etc.
