About the Opportunity

A seasoned legal professional is sought to lead a general corporate practice. The ideal candidate thrives on execution, is solution-oriented, and wants to deliver high-quality legal work without origination pressure.

This role involves working closely with senior leadership to execute deals from structuring to documentation to post-closing compliance.

The key responsibilities include managing M&A, PE/VC, joint ventures, and general corporate transactions, leading drafting, negotiation, and closing of key documents, overseeing compliance matters, guiding associates, liaising with clients and regulators, conducting legal due diligence, and supporting internal process building.

We are looking for a lawyer with LL.B. from a recognised university, 10–15 years of experience in general corporate law, strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, deep knowledge of the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations, ability to lead teams and own client relationships, strong organisational skills, and someone who takes initiative and thrives in a team that values trust and responsibility.
