Hotel Operations Manager
Job Role:As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hotel or hostel. This includes managing front office, housekeeping, human resource management, food and beverage services, guest experience, maintenance and engineering, security, and safety.
Responsibilities:- Supervise the overall management of a 35-50 keys hotel/hostel, ensuring seamless operations across multiple departments.
- Manage the front office, housekeeping, human resource management, F&B, guest experience, R&M & engineering, security & safety to ensure exceptional service quality.
- Monitor and control operational costs while maintaining high service standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Motivate, mentor, and align staff members to achieve business objectives.
- Relevant degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, or similar establishment.
- Proven track record of successful hotel operations management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
