Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Engineering Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of modular gas and liquid systems, including gas generation units, blending, metering, blanketing, and pressure control skids
  • Support business development teams with technical expertise and guidance
  • Oversee the preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, GA drawings, layouts, and routing plans
  • Drive engineering excellence in mass transfer, energy transfer, and fluid control strategies
  • Collaborate with automation, instrumentation, and electrical teams for integrated solutions
  • Mentor and train junior engineers in process design, documentation, and best practices
  • Analyze industry segments and identify niche process applications where we can offer standardized, modular solutions
  • Guide the creation of a solution library aligned with industry requirements and business expansion goals
  • Collaborate with leadership to align technical roadmaps with business strategy
  • Provide expert-level technical assistance during fabrication, assembly, and commissioning

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in engineering management, with a strong background in process design and development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers
  • Strong technical expertise, with knowledge of engineering standards, such as ASME and API
  • The ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
