As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading the business strategy and growth in your assigned region. Your primary focus will be on tapping into new business opportunities, building strong relationships with franchisees, and driving sales growth through effective store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Tapping Business Potential:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in your region.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Franchisee Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure their success and compliance with company standards.
- Provide ongoing support and training to franchisees to help them achieve their business goals.
- Store Operations:
- Ensure that all stores in your region are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement.
