Construction Project Manager

As a seasoned construction project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to achieve smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones as per schedule.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  • Conduct regular quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, company standards, and safety norms.
  • Resolve technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of construction methods and standards.
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (desired).
  • Good leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Willingness to work at project sites across various locations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering related to site design, land development, and land use permitting.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design skills.
