Job Description:

This role involves overseeing the efficient operation of airport systems and applications. It requires strong knowledge of the air travel industry and experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting airport systems for crew, ground, departure control, turn-around, baggage, and loading
  • Working with DCS systems for reservations, passenger check-ins and boarding, baggage check-in, and load management
  • Ensuring efficient utilization of crew resources through scheduling, tracking, and monitoring
  • Monitoring and operating automated baggage handling systems
  • Creating incidents/problems using incident management and problem management tools
Requirements:
  • Ability to work 24/7 shifts
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other standard desktop applications
  • Independence and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to meet stringent service level agreements (SLAs)
