Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerodrome Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) Incharge to oversee our ARFF services at airports in Mangalore and Guwahati.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fire Science, Aviation Management, or related field, with advanced certifications in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) and valid certification in Fire Safety and Prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Crash Fire Tender team to ensure 24/7 readiness for emergency response.
  • Develop, implement, and review ARFF operational procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular training and drills for peak performance and readiness.
  • Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, and emergency services.
  • Maintain and ready ARFF vehicles, equipment, and firefighting systems.
  • Analyze incident reports and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Participate in airport emergency exercises and provide expert guidance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Aviation Management, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF).
  • Valid ARFF certification from a recognized aviation authority.
  • Valid certification in Fire Safety and Prevention.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the airports industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) services.
