We are seeking an IT/CS engineer to work on an aviation project focused on airport structures such as terminal buildings, ATC towers, cargo terminals, hangars, metro stations, ancillary buildings, and non-aeronautical buildings in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Install and configure technical infrastructure for project sites and fixed offices.
  2. Pre-stage, implement, and support IT equipment on project sites.
  3. Conduct quality assurance checks for employee systems and digital installations.
  4. Create technical process and customer handover documentation.
  5. Respond to incidents and issues in a timely manner within agreed business SLAs.
  6. Determine the root cause of hardware, software, and performance issues.
  7. Action and prioritize calls logged in the IT service desk tool.
  8. Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.
  9. Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  10. Support the net zero carbon transition and manage associated carbon emissions and reductions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in similar projects.
