The project:

Aviation project with focus on airport structures such as terminal buildings, ATC towers, cargo terminal, hangars, metro stations, ancillary buildings, non-aeronautical buildings etc. in Ahmedabad.

Delivers works with the guidance of site deployment managers to deliver connectivity and infrastructure to UK and International projects through in house site engineers and third parties. Responsible for installation and  configuration of the technical infrastructure of project sites and offices.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Responsible for installation and configuration of the technical infrastructure for Mace project sites and fixed offices.

  • Manages the pre-staging, implementation and ongoing support of IT equipment on project sites.

  • Provides quality assurance checks for employee system and digital installations. 

  • Creates technical process and customer handover documentation.

  • Responds to incidents and issues in a timely manner and within agreed business SLA's.

  • Undertakes diagnoses, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware software and performance issues.

  • Actions and priorities calls that are logged in the IT service desk tool and resolves for the business. 

  • Provides support and  guidance to team members as needed. 

  • Works with team members providing operations delivery of team plans. supporting business. 

  • Develops working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders.

  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil.

  • Experience of projects of a similar nature.
