Key Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Reporting Analyst to support critical month-end variance reports in an environment that fosters professional growth and development.

As a member of our team you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  1. Data Sourcing & Preparation: Use technical skills to extract, transform and prepare financial data from various source systems, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  2. Report & Dashboard Development: Design, build and maintain comprehensive financial variance reports and interactive dashboards that facilitate effective decision-making.
  3. Advanced Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, identify variances, and support reconciliation efforts by using logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  4. Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure reports support business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-6 years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets from financial systems.
  • Expertise in data extraction and manipulation using SQL.
  • Strong experience developing reports and dashboards with strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts, forecasting and project accounting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
