**Data Analytics Lead Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of Power BI dashboards, designing and developing interactive user-friendly dashboards and reports, and ensuring quality accuracy and consistency of analytics outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards from requirement gathering to deployment and training.
  • Design and develop interactive user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction transformation and reporting.
  • Ensure quality accuracy and consistency of analytics outputs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Analytics Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis reporting or business intelligence with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development including DAX data modelling performance tuning.
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of data structures ETL concepts and business process mapping.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP Salesforce or other enterprise systems.
  • Power BI certifications are a plus.
