
Learning Program Manager

As a key member of our learning programs team, you will play a crucial role in scaling impactful initiatives.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with direct experience in running educational programs. If you have successfully managed students, mentors, and operational processes to deliver meaningful outcomes, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:- Manage student cohorts end-to-end — from onboarding to successful completion.
- Maintain class schedules, timelines, and outcomes to ensure smooth program execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between students, mentors, and our team.
- Monitor student engagement, track progress, and provide support when needed.
- Develop strong relationships with mentors to ensure they can deliver high-quality sessions.
- Enhance post-sales processes to improve the student journey.
- Analyze key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to enhance overall program experience.
- Essential: Prior experience in educational program management (managing students, mentors, and operational processes).
- Strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with data and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
