Requirements:
  • 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in people management or team leadership role.

  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate globally.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
