Job Title: Team Lead

Exciting Leadership Opportunity for Survey Project

Are you a skilled leader with experience in managing field teams and survey projects? Do you have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to work effectively on-ground?

We are looking for dynamic Team Leads to supervise and coordinate field teams for a government survey project in Mumbai. Each Team Lead will be responsible for managing surveyors in their respective location, ensuring smooth operations, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the field team in the assigned location (Goregaon/Malad/Kandivali). Ensure daily survey targets and project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor team performance and resolve on-ground challenges.
  • Compile and submit reports to the Operations Manager on a regular basis.
  • Maintain discipline, accuracy, and quality of survey data.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in field team management or survey projects preferred.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Good communication skills; Marathi proficiency is mandatory.
  • Ability to work on-ground and manage people effectively.
  • Based in Mumbai.
