Job Opportunity: Lead Project Development

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead project development, guaranteeing timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of projects
  • Manage project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless project completion
  • Foster collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders to guarantee smooth project execution
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies for project components and assemblies
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of DFM, DFA, material science, FMEA, GD&T, and Stack Up
  • Ensure precise design reviews and packaging reviews for solutions and swift actions

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer
  • In-depth expertise of Passenger Car BIW structure and Assembly
  • Strong skills in NX surfacing
  • Team center proficiency
