Job Description

The Technical Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations. This involves developing a deep understanding of project requirements, designing project management elements, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborating with clients and colleagues to create project scope documents and plans.
  • Facilitating planning sessions to build consensus among team members on task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Preparing and presenting project status reports for senior management and clients.
  • Identifying and tracking project risks, issues, and changes, and communicating these to stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and deadlines, and addressing any workflow or deadline discrepancies promptly.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, including vendors, associates, and contractors.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships through effective issue resolution, feedback, and communication.
  • Working to ensure project outcomes align with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in project management is essential.
  • Education or certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software, such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Demonstrable evidence of collaboration, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
