Project Leadership Opportunity

This is a challenging leadership position in project management where the successful candidate will lead project planning, execution, and delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines, and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams to deliver projects within stipulated budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure 100% project updates in ERP on a regular basis, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Oversight of cost optimization across all delivered projects by regularly tracking major costs.
  • Provide technical training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Interdepartmental Coordination
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and facilitate client meetings as needed.
  • Manage commercial issues related to Statements of Work (SoW) proactively with sales teams.
  • Coordinate with purchase teams for timely dispatch of materials to sites, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Maintain open communication with Asset Management teams to ensure seamless project handovers and timely clearance of observations.
Vendor Relationship Management
  • Evaluate, select, develop, and execute vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Build internal capacity to effectively manage vendors and ensure ESG compliance.
  • Establish processes for delivering high-quality projects while minimizing risks and ensuring incident-free project execution.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Stay abreast of organizational needs from engineering and project execution perspectives, enhancing skills and technical competency within the team.
  • Design and engineer support for distributed projects, focusing on optimisation of resources and minimization of costs.
  • Prioritise projects, allocate resources effectively, and take necessary actions to validate designs, identify constraints, and prevent bottlenecks.
  • Take initiative for design inputs to reduce iterations and adhere to standards/guidelines issued by regulatory bodies.
