Job Title: Digital Program Leader

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead digital initiatives. This role requires the ability to develop strategic project plans aligned with organizational goals, manage website development projects, oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic project plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the development, redesign, and optimization of websites.
  • Oversee multiple projects to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality results.
  • Track key performance indicators, generate reports, and present insights to leadership.
  • Promote best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Guide project teams to enhance their performance and mentor them when necessary.
  • Nurture strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain effective communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT or Computer Science.
  • Technical knowledge including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Node.js, Python, DB systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, React/Angular/Vue, Webpack, npm/yarn.
  • Exposure to CMS platforms and AB testing tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
