We are seeking a highly skilled Representative Customer Service professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer service unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via inbound and/or outbound calls or emails.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client products or services.
- Interface with customers via inbound and/or outbound calls or emails.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer.
- Minimum of 2.5 to 3 years of Inbound Call Centre Experience.
- Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (may vary basis the job requirement).
- Shift: Complete Night Shifts with week off (Saturday Sunday).
