Job Title: Technical Solutions Architect

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to support software packaging and deployment in our organization. This role will define, deliver, and support digital transformation enabled business solutions, aligning with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for IT systems and end-users, including but not limited to: shop floor systems, manufacturing execution systems, enterprise resource planning, virtual and physical servers, LAN/WAN equipment, desktop computers, and laptops.
  • Determine and resolve problems through existing procedures, identifying new ways to resolve unexpected issues.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for local site support on major and complex digital transformation technologies.
  • Drive and coordinate IT security for the local site, supported by corporate subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with regional and global digital transformation organizations to maintain service catalogues and service level agreements aligned with global, regional, and site-specific IT services.
  • Participate in local, regional, and global digital transformation projects, coordinating rollouts on the local site level and leading local digital transformation projects.
  • Perform other duties assigned based on business needs, utilizing service management tools for workload tracking.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area with a professional attitude.
  • Acknowledge and adhere to all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions, and safety rules.
