The role of Technical Solutions Architect is key to driving our business forward. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team and play a pivotal part in shaping the future of commerce.

We operate sophisticated processing networks, capable of handling millions of transactions daily. As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will work on complex distributed systems and collaborate with experts to solve massive-scale problems centered on new payment flows, business solutions, and data security.

• Configuration & Governance: You will engineer vendor products to deliver best practice platform utilization and governance. Define standards for each assigned platform, staying up-to-date with industry trends and platform best practices. Implement and manage usage policies related to tool workspaces, repositories, images, extensions, and content.
• Experience & Community Lead: Build relationships with developers and technical communities. Advocate for developer needs and interests to enable maximum productivity and efficiency. Provide internal support for Developer Platforms when needed.
• Technical Content Creation & Communication: Produce valuable platform-specific content, such as quick start guides, tutorials, blog posts, usage documentation, feature demos, code/config examples, and other educational resources. Communicate effectively with the community through various channels.
• Platform Liaison: Act as platform liaison with external vendors and internal teams to ensure platform adherence to policies. Interface with vendors for security vulnerability remediation.
• Metrics & Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, measure initiative effectiveness, and inform future strategies. Prepare regular reports on developer tool health and satisfaction.

This is a hybrid position with a confirmed expectation of days in office by your Hiring Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer / Technologist familiar with a wide range of developer tools with a strong understanding of developer needs and preferences.
• Experience with both MacOS and Windows.
• Experience with Python, Java, Front-End Languages like React and Angular, Back-End.
• Experience with No-SQL and SQL Databases.
• Experience with Rest APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to upskill on new technologies/ frameworks/ tools.
• Passion for working with developers and enabling them to solve problems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify developer needs and find creative solutions.
• Experience writing/organizing/publishing technical documentation, blogs, and newsletters that are geared towards developer engagement.
• Experience in a direct, hands-on community or end-user focused role such as developer advocacy and technical community management is a plus.
