As a seasoned professional in data management, you will be responsible for leading the operations team and driving strategic direction. Your key focus areas include monitoring job scheduling, configuration, and maintenance of batch jobs to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Act as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product teams to resolve bugs and complex technical issues, prioritizing tasks accordingly.
  • Maintain vigilant monitoring of critical issues, escalating when necessary and providing workarounds for unsupported functionality.
  • Assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

  • Design, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation Processes, and SQL Jobs with an emphasis on performance.
  • Utilize SQL Server integration tools to convert, manipulate, and prepare large volumes of data for ingestion into systems.
  • Develop and refine reporting queries in SQL Server 2019 to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.
  • Manage and resolve data-related issues reported by customers and internal employees.
  • Conduct thorough quality and business logic checks on all data entering and exiting systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in database and application development and support.
  • Proven expertise in SQL Language with high-performing results.
  • Experience in developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts and experience working with MS SQL Server.
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
