Lead Investment Banking Professional

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in investment banking, with expertise in M&A and Private Equity deal execution.

  • Executing comprehensive deal strategy across M&A and Private Equity transactions
  • Originating deals, developing sector coverage, and engaging with clients
  • Creating detailed financial models, presentations, and investor materials
  • Conducting industry and company research to support ongoing mandates
  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives

This is a hands-on, leadership-track role that reports directly to the Managing Director. We are seeking a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of experience at an investment bank in India (middle-office profiles will not be considered)
  • Proven track record in M&A and/or Private Equity deal execution
  • Strong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent presentation and client communication abilities
  • Demonstrated sector knowledge in one or more of: Consumer, Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services
  • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong ownership

Qualifications include an MBA / MS Finance / CA / CFA from a premier Indian or global institute, strong academic performance, proficiency in financial modeling and MS Office, and strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
