Lead Investment Banking Professional

We are seeking a seasoned investment banking professional to spearhead deal execution, client management, and strategic growth. Key responsibilities include transaction management, investor relationship building, and sector research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive transaction strategies, including due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings, and closing documentation.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution across mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets (ECM), and debt capital markets (DCM).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors from various sectors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, family offices, corporations, and angel networks.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation (discounted cash flow, comparable companies, precedent transactions), and deal structuring.
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, initial public offerings (IPOs), and debt and equity instruments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating complex financial models and investor presentations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • MBA/PGDM in Finance/Strategy from a top-tier business school is highly desirable.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) / Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification is a significant advantage.
