Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing investment banker to execute end-to-end deal transactions across Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity mandates.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deal origination and client engagement
  • Financial modeling, presentation, and investor material creation
  • Industry research to support ongoing mandates
Key Requirements
  • 2–3+ years of experience in investment banking
  • Proven track record in M&A and/or Private Equity deal execution
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and client communication abilities

This is a hands-on, leadership-track role that requires strong industry knowledge and business acumen.
