We are seeking a skilled Manager-Investment Banking to join our team. This role involves end-to-end deal execution, driving origination, and collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end deal execution across M&A and Private Equity transactions
  • Driving deal origination, sector coverage, and client engagement
  • Creating detailed financial models, presentations, and investor materials
  • Leading industry and company research to support ongoing mandates

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of experience at an investment bank in India
  • Proven track record in M&A and/or Private Equity deal execution
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and client communication abilities
  • Demonstrated sector knowledge in one or more of: Consumer, Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services
  • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong ownership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA / MS Finance / CA / CFA from a premier Indian or global institute
  • Strong academic performance and leadership track record
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and MS Office
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
