Risk Management Expert

We're seeking a Risk Management Expert to join our team and help us define the future of risk management.

Your expertise in identifying insights and actions that can have a meaningful impact on our customers and business will be invaluable to us.

As a key member of our Enterprise Data Risk Management (EDRM) team, you'll play a crucial role in setting up the new transaction testing function to ensure financial transactions are accurate, complete and adhering to regulatory standards.

  • You'll develop a risk-based approach to determine the prioritization and cadence of reviews for transaction testing of regulatory reports via comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts.
  • You'll analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and gaps in reported values by performing validations against source systems/points of origin.
  • You'll design and prepare 2LoD transaction testing review reports summarizing the approach, testing methodology and outcomes inclusive of findings, if any.
  • You'll perform data management controls testing across regulatory reports to validate overall control design, operational effectiveness and coverage.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management or related field is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in regulatory reporting team, audit, compliance or risk management within banking or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge, experience, or familiarity in regulatory reporting, audit, US GAAP and financial accounting is preferred.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and knowledge of database systems is required.
