We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate customer records using internal tools.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quick resolutions.
- Track complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Suggest process improvements for enhanced customer service experience.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer support or service roles.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filters, reports).
- Strong follow-up and time management abilities.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
