Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Content and Community Manager.

This position requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, engaging with users, and driving user growth through content and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, managing day-to-day communication and fostering a positive and interactive environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to scale daily user engagement on the app by leveraging user-generated content, creators, and moderators.
  • Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Identify and nurture micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem to drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.
  • Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices to enhance engagement and grow the platform.
  • Manage and support different speaking communities to foster a positive and interactive environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in any audience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and engage with users.
  • Strong understanding of culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
