We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at Transway Group. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email or other channels.
- Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.
- Coordination: Work closely with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams to resolve service-related concerns.
- Support Services: Provide support for account setup, documentation, and order processing.
- Escalation Management: Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication with customers.
- Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance on Transway Group services.
- Documentation: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Feedback: Gather feedback and share insights with management to enhance customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
- Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
