Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage client relationships, support recruitment processes, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the client servicing team in managing day-to-day client communications
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand and fulfill client requirements
  • Prepare and update job descriptions and candidate briefs based on client input
  • Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with clients
  • Maintain and update CRM tools and recruitment databases
  • Assist in creating client reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and candidates
  • Support in onboarding processes and client feedback management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key skills include strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new software applications quickly
