Senior Production Manager

Role Overview:

The Senior Production Manager will lead a dedicated production team, overseeing end-to-end processes and client relationships. This role manages projects from initial brief to final asset delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee all stages of production projects, ensuring timely delivery, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of producers, fostering their professional growth and effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BFSI sectors is a plus, with an understanding of sector-specific requirements.
