Lead Product Designer

Nexoar is an AI-driven enterprise hyperautomation platform, helping organizations streamline and secure their IT, security, and network operations. As we scale our platform capabilities, we are looking for a Lead Product Designer to own the entire product design experience from shaping the product roadmap with leadership to crafting pixel-perfect user interfaces and brand assets that resonate with our users.

Role Overview : As the Lead Product Designer (UI/UX, Strategy & Brand), you will take a hands-on role designing user experiences and interfaces while influencing the products strategic direction. You will collaborate directly with the CEO and Tech Leads, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to deliver impactful solutions. Your work will span product design, branding, and marketing assets, ensuring a consistent, engaging user journey across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design of web and cloud applications, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and engineering to define product features and roadmap priorities.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.

- Own the brands visual identity, crafting style guides and ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and communications.

- Design marketing collateral such as landing pages, presentations, and digital campaigns to support growth initiatives.

- Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and user-centered design principles throughout all projects.

- Facilitate cross-team collaboration, including mentoring junior designers and working closely with product and engineering teams.

What You Bring to the Table :

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong execution in both UX strategy and visual design.

- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with experience building design systems, interactive prototypes, and clear visual specifications.

- Deep understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and best practices in user-centered design.

- Proven experience designing for complex, data-driven applications, preferably within financial services, enterprise SaaS, or similarly regulated industries.

- Skilled in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, turning insights into actionable design improvements.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly present and advocate for design decisions across diverse stakeholders.

- Collaborative mindset and experience working effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with design tools such as FigJam, Webflow, Illustrator, or After Effects.

- Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.

- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.

- Prior exposure to brand strategy development and marketing design.

- Experience mentoring or leading design teams.

- Startup product design experience.

- Familiarity with LLMs, agent UX, or AI-first user workflows.
