Job Role Overview

  • Lead Categorization: Identify high-intent leads and categorize them based on their potential, ensuring that only qualified prospects are passed to the counseling or sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage CRM systems with accurate lead information, follow-up status, and key insights for better tracking and conversion. Nurture unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.

Requirements
  • 0 to 1 Year of experience in a similar role (added advantage if you come from a sales background).
  • Involvement in college communities, clubs, and other related activities is a plus point.
  • Remarkable communication and persuasion skills.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of student needs and aspirations are required. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through initial inquiries and determining their eligibility and interest level.

Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and qualify leads generated from various sources, ensuring that only the most relevant and high-potential prospects move forward in the enrollment process.
