Job Description:

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for spearheading our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives on the Incedo Lighthouse platform. This key role in the Solutions group will provide architectural and algorithmic leadership to evolve AI and GenAI driven problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation modules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Advanced AI and GenAI: Lead a team of data scientists, GenAI developers, and machine learning engineers to develop and deploy advanced models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based models, for problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation.
  • Gen-AI-Powered Analysis and Insights Generation: Create and fine-tune Generative AI models to assist in analysis creation, translating complex data patterns into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Reference Architectures: Work with Technical Architects to evolve frameworks for augmenting batch processing data architectures with streaming architectures to support connected data and ML pipeline executions.
  • Client Deployments: Consult and provide guidance for creating automated data pipelines, establishing robust MLOps and LLMOps practices, and implementing improvements based on feedback and new data.
  • Development of Use Cases: Lead and support development of use cases on the platform for various vertical specific problem statements.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing guidance on best practices in GenAI, AI/ML methodologies, and coding standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of statistics, classical machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI, with significant hands-on development experience.
  • The ability to understand business problems in various domains and translate them into requirements for AI models.
  • Experience with proprietary and open-source cloud-based machine learning platforms, open-source LLMs, prompt engineering, and SLM model development.
  • Hands-on skills in Python using open-source libraries, experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases, and exposure to Big Data technologies.
  • 12-18 years of machine learning model development and application experience.
