About the Role: Franchise Expansion Manager

We seek a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, based in Delhi-NCR, to lead our franchise expansion efforts. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in full-time positions, preferably within the education sector.

Responsibilities & Experience:

  • Liaise with potential franchisees to establish new partnerships.
  • Gather and nurture leads for franchise opportunities.
  • Ensure timely achievement of franchise expansion targets.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that showcase our vision and values.
  • Maintain effective communication with prospects, addressing their queries promptly.
  • Exhibit expertise in PowerPoint presentation creation.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be willing to frequently travel within and outside Delhi.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Hold a graduate degree, possessing excellent presentation, communication, and selling skills, along with a pleasant personality.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, motivation, and leadership abilities.
  • Show a consistent track record of high performance.
