Job DescriptionThis full-time In-office onsite role involves generating leads, communicating with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales as an Inside Sales Executive at FranchiseBAZAR. Day-to-day tasks may include prospecting, engaging with leads, conducting product presentations, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, building new client relationships, and maintaining existing ones. They should possess strong negotiation skills and be confident in their ability to drive revenue growth.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is ₹10,00,000 (Inside Sales Manager), ₹8,00,000 (Assistant Corporate Sales Manager), or ₹6,00,000 (Business Development Executive/Inside Sales Assistant). The compensation package includes a 60% fixed salary and a 40% incentive-based component tied to performance targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify partnership opportunities with SMEs seeking growth via franchising.
- Develop new relationships to grow business and provide A-Z franchise development solutions.
- Think critically to provide tailored solutions to clients with specific requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and analyze market trends to establish competitive advantages.
- Track key metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years' prior industry/franchising/SME-related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented individual with inside sales and sales skills.
- Lead generation and communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Fluent English and Hindi, with local regional languages for pan-India selling.
This role is based in Bangalore, preferably within 30 minutes of our office on Race Course Road. Suitable candidates will have a well-settled lifestyle in the city and be able to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
