Wellness Program Director

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Wellness Program Director to lead the development and implementation of our luxury resort's wellness programs.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of holistic wellness principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive wellness programs that promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being
  • Collaborate with the management team to integrate wellness initiatives into our resort's overall business strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless delivery of wellness services
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of wellness staff, including trainers, therapists, and spa professionals
  • Manage the budget for wellness programs and services, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wellness program development and management, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, health sciences, or wellness studies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of wellness industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
