JOB DESCRIPTION- ADVENTURE ROPE ACTIVITY STAFF

OUTDOOR ADVENTURE SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least Entering College Freshman or 18 years of age

2. Experience significant for camping

3. Previous experience in specialty area, comparable to conditions present at Camp Stein.

1. Activities Director

2. Assistant Director

3. Camp Director

4. Unit Head

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and implement Rocks/Ropes Course programs for all age groups during cabin hours and

elective periods.

2. Attend Rocks/Ropes Course training program.

3. Orient and educate of Staff and campers to Rocks/Ropes area equipment, procedures, rules

and availability.

4. Communicate with Health Center regarding campers with special physical needs or problems,

with regards to your specialty area and observance of those needs.

5. Prepare and maintain Rocks/Ropes Course area - Physically and programmatically.

6. Maintain record of camper's progress in specialty area.

7. Requisition needed supplies and equipment, as well as, maintain and take inventory of all

equipment and supplies.

8. When done implementing Rock/Ropes programming and maintenance, should be with assigned

cabin group.

9. Evaluate in writing, Rocks/Ropes Course Program, Camp Program, etc., making suggestions for

the future.

10. Abide by and enforce all camp policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
