The Role

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry operations, including menu development, production planning, and quality control. You will work closely with our chefs, kitchen staff, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution and excellent food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pastry menus that align with our brand values and customer preferences
  • Manage pastry production planning, including inventory management, ordering, and supply chain logistics
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high-quality products
  • Train and develop pastry team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and sales data
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in pastry operations, preferably in a high-volume, bulk-production setting
  • Proven track record of managing pastry teams and driving results
  • Degree or certification in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or a related field
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Estimated Salary: ₹900,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
