Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our team of professionals in achieving outstanding results. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the achievement of operational targets with minimal delinquency.
  • To identify high-potential Joint Liability Groups and disbursed loans that align with customer needs and geographical requirements.
  • To develop and manage a team across assigned territories to enhance market penetration and reach.
  • To assess potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions and areas for geographical expansion.
  • To ensure timely disbursement, repayment, and delinquency management, meeting daily/weekly collection targets.
  • To closely monitor disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time.
  • To conduct regular field visits, centre meetings, and loan applicant interactions.
  • To maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds.
  • To build strong relationships with internal and external clients and establish a strong brand identity with potential customers.
  • To facilitate weekly/daily meetings and visits to centres.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong relationship management and business sourcing skills.
  • Flair for sales and understanding critical attributes of customer service.
